According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6.2% (sa) in March, 2007. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (20.8%), Yukon-Koyukuk (14.9%), and Denali (14.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians West (3.3%), Juneau (4.8%), and Sitka (5%).
