According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6.3% (sa) in October, 2015. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (19.4%), Yukon-Koyukuk (16.4%), and Skagway (15.5%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians East (3.1%), Kodiak Island (3.9%), and Sitka (4.3%).
