According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 334,923 total arrests made in the US for violent crime offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (201.32K), followed by Black or African American (118.97K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (8.07K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 294,088 (88%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (215.51K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (78.58K).
