Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,222,435 and represented 20.06% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (95.85K), followed by Pierce (50.75K), and Snohomish (13.07K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.79%), followed by King (5.71%), and Kitsap (2.79%).
