Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Washington was 875,795 and represented 19.07% of the total Washington citizen voting-age population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (68.17K), followed by Pierce (35.88K), and Snohomish (9.43K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.46%), followed by King (5.25%), and Franklin (2.95%).
