Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,090,150 and represented 72.76% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (273.37K), followed by Benton (138.57K), and Washington (133.01K).

In terms of percentages, Baxter had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.16%), followed by Marion (80.51%), and Izard (79.65%).
