Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,211,565 and represented 73.56% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (293.10K), followed by Benton (185.14K), and Washington (166.99K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.93%), followed by Baxter (81.53%), and Izard (81.14%).
