Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,245,940 and represented 73.65% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (291.72K), followed by Benton (203.33K), and Washington (176.30K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.09%), followed by Izard (81.84%), and Baxter (81.72%).
