Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,233,470 and represented 73.99% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (295.67K), followed by Benton (192.77K), and Washington (170.91K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.60%), followed by Izard (82.22%), and Baxter (81.73%).
