Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,219,480 and represented 73.69% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (289.73K), followed by Benton (181.51K), and Washington (162.56K).

In terms of percentages, Izard had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.16%), followed by Baxter (82.05%), and Lincoln (81.66%).
