Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Hawaii was 941,595 and represented 70.61% of the total Hawaii population.

Among all Hawaii counties, Honolulu had the highest citizen voting-age population (659.49K), followed by Hawaii (128.67K), and Maui (106.40K).

In terms of percentages, Kalawao had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (100.00%), followed by Kauai (71.77%), and Hawaii (71.34%).
