Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Hawaii was 1,054,556 and represented 72.97% of the total Hawaii population.

Among all Hawaii counties, Honolulu had the highest citizen voting-age population (729.46K), followed by Hawaii (152.48K), and Maui (118.80K).

In terms of percentages, Kalawao had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (106.06%), followed by Hawaii (74.10%), and Kauai (72.90%).
