Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Hawaii was 1,020,515 and represented 71.86% of the total Hawaii population.

Among all Hawaii counties, Honolulu had the highest citizen voting-age population (704.87K), followed by Hawaii (145.85K), and Maui (117.64K).

In terms of percentages, Kalawao had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (100.00%), followed by Hawaii (72.44%), and Honolulu (71.95%).
