Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Hawaii was 1,045,230 and represented 71.91% of the total Hawaii population.

Among all Hawaii counties, Honolulu had the highest citizen voting-age population (731.39K), followed by Hawaii (144.97K), and Maui (116.57K).

In terms of percentages, Kalawao had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (90.00%), followed by Hawaii (72.32%), and Honolulu (72.05%).
