Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the citizen voting-age population for Hawaii was 1,050,555 and represented 72.67% of the total Hawaii population.

Among all Hawaii counties, Honolulu had the highest citizen voting-age population (728.59K), followed by Hawaii (150.26K), and Maui (118.24K).

In terms of percentages, Kalawao had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (88.89%), followed by Hawaii (73.77%), and Honolulu (72.59%).
