Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 2,692,195 and represented 71.56% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (512.75K), followed by Washington (334.44K), and Clackamas (266.07K).

In terms of percentages, Curry had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.04%), followed by Wheeler (81.66%), and Wallowa (81.65%).
