Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Washington was 4,593,030 and represented 70.00% of the total Washington population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.30M), followed by Pierce (554.98K), and Snohomish (478.44K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.45%), followed by San Juan (80.10%), and Clallam (79.34%).
