Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 40,840 and represented 1.08% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (17.99K), followed by Ramsey (12.13K), and Dakota (7.47K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (7.13%), followed by Kandiyohi (5.69%), and Freeborn (4.80%).
