Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 40,840 and represented 0.73% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (49.66K), followed by Prince William (20.26K), and Virginia Beach city (14.14K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (13.82%), followed by Manassas city (9.00%), and Prince William (8.95%).
