Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 81,915 and represented 1.31% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (80.38K), followed by Prince William (48.27K), and Loudoun (25.24K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (26.74%), followed by Manassas city (20.36%), and Prince William (16.08%).
