Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 106,827 and represented 1.68% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (91.79K), followed by Prince William (56.00K), and Loudoun (27.86K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (32.67%), followed by Manassas city (26.86%), and Prince William (17.98%).
