Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 102,630 and represented 1.62% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (87.28K), followed by Prince William (54.78K), and Loudoun (27.93K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (30.62%), followed by Manassas city (25.12%), and Prince William (17.78%).
