Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 76,810 and represented 1.24% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (76.50K), followed by Prince William (44.62K), and Loudoun (24.34K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (25.39%), followed by Manassas city (20.02%), and Prince William (15.27%).
