Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 875,795 and represented 27.46% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (100.87K), followed by Fayette (29.23K), and Christian (10.57K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (21.69%), followed by Christian (20.70%), and Jefferson (18.86%).
