Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 972,205 and represented 28.91% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (115.91K), followed by Fayette (32.74K), and Christian (10.50K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (22.08%), followed by Christian (20.48%), and Jefferson (20.36%).
