Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,290,900 and represented 29.63% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (161.68K), followed by Fayette (43.32K), and Christian (14.80K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (23.10%), followed by Jefferson (22.02%), and Christian (20.96%).
