Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,315,935 and represented 30.00% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (163.90K), followed by Fayette (43.02K), and Christian (14.08K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (22.63%), followed by Jefferson (22.04%), and Christian (19.72%).
