Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,303,064 and represented 29.56% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (154.96K), followed by Fayette (42.46K), and Christian (13.46K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (23.92%), followed by Jefferson (21.03%), and Christian (18.99%).
