Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,311,185 and represented 29.83% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (162.79K), followed by Fayette (42.58K), and Christian (14.09K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (24.30%), followed by Jefferson (22.11%), and Christian (19.68%).
