Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 990,635 and represented 29.32% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (117.72K), followed by Fayette (32.49K), and Christian (10.11K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (21.44%), followed by Jefferson (20.44%), and Christian (19.55%).
