Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,222,435 and represented 29.12% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (145.82K), followed by Fayette (40.38K), and Christian (15.54K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (23.78%), followed by Christian (21.79%), and Jefferson (20.77%).
