Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for New Mexico was 1,234,325 and represented 64.90% of the total New Mexico citizen population.

Among all New Mexico counties, Bernalillo had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (15.71K), followed by Curry (2.82K), and Do�a Ana (2.78K).

In terms of percentages, Curry had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.36%), followed by Lea (4.77%), and Otero (3.67%).
