Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for New Mexico was 1,315,935 and represented 65.80% of the total New Mexico citizen population.

Among all New Mexico counties, Bernalillo had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (14.73K), followed by Do�a Ana (3.21K), and Sandoval (2.57K).

In terms of percentages, Curry had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (5.11%), followed by Lea (3.94%), and Otero (3.31%).
