Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 4,197,365 and represented 66.23% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.43M), followed by Pima (682.74K), and Pinal (236.66K).

In terms of percentages, Yavapai had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (77.25%), followed by Gila (76.28%), and Mohave (75.65%).
