Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,108,930 and represented 72.82% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (275.93K), followed by Benton (142.15K), and Washington (135.38K).

In terms of percentages, Baxter had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.19%), followed by Marion (81.04%), and Izard (80.18%).
