Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 2,727,060 and represented 71.73% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (521.33K), followed by Washington (341.32K), and Clackamas (270.30K).

In terms of percentages, Wheeler had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.66%), followed by Curry (82.48%), and Wallowa (81.73%).
