Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 889,640 and represented 27.67% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (102.44K), followed by Fayette (29.72K), and Christian (10.65K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (21.58%), followed by Christian (20.78%), and Jefferson (19.01%).
