Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,234,325 and represented 29.21% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (146.16K), followed by Fayette (40.94K), and Christian (15.52K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (23.46%), followed by Christian (21.63%), and Jefferson (20.69%).
