Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 4,285,735 and represented 66.85% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.49M), followed by Pima (691.93K), and Pinal (249.65K).

In terms of percentages, Yavapai had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (77.65%), followed by Gila (76.92%), and Mohave (75.73%).
