Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 49,150 and represented 1.28% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (19.74K), followed by Ramsey (12.57K), and Dakota (8.51K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (7.72%), followed by Kandiyohi (6.48%), and Freeborn (5.62%).
