Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 49,150 and represented 0.72% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (25.14K), followed by Wake (20.46K), and Cumberland (15.77K).

In terms of percentages, Onslow had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (7.65%), followed by Cumberland (6.97%), and Hoke (6.79%).
