Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 49,150 and represented 0.86% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (56.05K), followed by Prince William (26.36K), and Virginia Beach city (16.18K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (17.68%), followed by Fairfax city (11.30%), and Prince William (10.67%).
