Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 902,495 and represented 27.87% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (104.06K), followed by Fayette (30.24K), and Christian (10.61K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (21.99%), followed by Christian (20.58%), and Jefferson (19.14%).
