Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,245,335 and represented 29.32% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (147.53K), followed by Fayette (41.16K), and Christian (15.15K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (23.77%), followed by Christian (21.00%), and Jefferson (20.75%).
