Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Oklahoma was 1,251,565 and represented 34.33% of the total Oklahoma citizen population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (106.27K), followed by Tulsa (61.03K), and Comanche (20.21K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.70%), followed by Oklahoma (15.67%), and Muskogee (11.22%).
