Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 913,605 and represented 33.52% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (75.03K), followed by Tulsa (41.85K), and Comanche (14.64K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.18%), followed by Oklahoma (15.03%), and Muskogee (11.10%).
