Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,251,565 and represented 19.76% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (103.91K), followed by Pierce (51.73K), and Snohomish (14.59K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.74%), followed by King (5.90%), and Kitsap (2.76%).
