Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,140,755 and represented 72.98% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (281.62K), followed by Benton (148.93K), and Washington (138.81K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.84%), followed by Baxter (81.19%), and Calhoun (80.73%).
