Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 2,796,640 and represented 72.29% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (541.24K), followed by Washington (356.12K), and Clackamas (278.25K).

In terms of percentages, Wheeler had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.27%), followed by Curry (82.58%), and Wallowa (80.94%).
