Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Tennessee was 4,739,585 and represented 74.03% of the total Tennessee population.

Among all Tennessee counties, Shelby had the highest citizen voting-age population (656.09K), followed by Davidson (456.89K), and Knox (331.17K).

In terms of percentages, Lake had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.54%), followed by Johnson (81.11%), and Pickett (80.47%).
